Yes! We are happy to offer bulk discounts to customers with specific needs. Please contact our sales department to discuss your request. sales@stitchography.co and select option 1

Yes! We can accommodate most same-day requests if submitted between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PDT.

Once your file is completed, we will email all necessary files required to complete your sew-out. You can also access and download your files directly from your account.

Change requests to improve the sew quality of your file are free of charge, such as adjusting an outline to improve registration. Any change request that alters the original artwork may incur an additional fee.

Our standard turnaround time is one business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday—unless Monday is a holiday, in which case they will be delivered on Tuesday. We also offer rush services at no additional cost.
