Vector Art files are images defined by vector graphics that can be scaled indefinitely without losing image quality. These graphics are defined by points, lines, curves, and shapes based on mathematical formulas. Unlike raster image files like .jpeg or .png, vector images are not defined by pixels, so they are independent of resolution and can be resized as large or small as needed. Machines and materials are all made differently, so we know some adjustments may be necessary. If you are unhappy with your file, we will work with you to adjust the design. If you are still unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or credit to your account.

Yes! We can accommodate most same-day requests if submitted between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PDT.
Once your file is completed, we will email all necessary files required to complete your sew-out. You can also access and download your files directly from your account.
Change requests to improve the sew quality of your file are free of charge, such as adjusting an outline to improve registration. Any change request that alters the original artwork may incur an additional fee.
Our standard turnaround time is one business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday—unless Monday is a holiday, in which case they will be delivered on Tuesday. We also offer rush services at no additional cost.
